Okay… now we can finally tell you what we’ve been teasing. 👀

Meet IDENEL Glassifier™ — Korean skin technology, now exclusive to Appearance Coach in Papamoa.

And this one is seriously clever.

At the heart of Glassifier are spicules, microscopic, naturally derived needle-like structures that create tiny superficial channels in the skin, stimulate its natural renewal response and act as a delivery vehicle for targeted active ingredients.

I’m 55, and I’m pretty happy with where my skin is at. And yes, I know I have an advantage working in this industry, but there really isn’t a magic treatment or secret product behind it… and I didn’t start looking after my skin until I was in my mid 30’s.

For me, it’s been consistency.

Using products chosen for my skin and my concerns. Having treatments that actually have a purpose. And sticking to a plan rather than jumping onto every new product or treatment that comes along.

For a long time, I’ve had conversations with people in our industry about what happens beyond the chair.

Not the treatments or techniques but the reality of building and running a business.

The decisions. The team. The numbers. The growth. The mistakes. And those moments when you just need to talk something through with someone who genuinely understands.

After 15+ years of building my own clinic, I’ve experienced plenty of those moments myself.

I’ve made decisions that worked brilliantly and some that definitely didn’t. I’ve built a team, navigated change, invested in the wrong things, learnt when to change direction and, perhaps most importantly, learnt that there is no single formula for building a successful business.

And that’s really where Beyond the Chair has come from.
