I asked myself this question as well.

Yesterday, I learned what a fog bow is.

Scientifically, fog bows form when sunlight passes through tiny water droplets in fog, creating a pale arc of light. Basically, similar principles of how rain & the sun create rainbows. Sweet. I am happy with that explanation.

What I felt when I saw this phenomenon wasn't about science. It was magical.

I felt lightness come over me and a beautiful sensation of euphoria - I do not use that word often 🤣

Something in me felt at peace. And that is always welcomed.

What this white rainbow bow did was bring me into that exact moment. Completely present. That is a beautiful thing. Reminding me to look around and notice how nature & the elements are living.

Our morning walk was super cool today!

I thought my brain was tricking me when i noticed two bright patches of white fog that looked like a rainbow.

It turns out I was witnessing a 'Fog Bow'

Heres the thing.

Maybe you're thinking, "But Sam, I dont feel angry."

Great! This isn't about arriving angry or pi**ed off. Rage & Reset is about letting go of what lies within without expectations.

Over the weekend, a friend suggested a group of us went outside to scream. I didn't really think I needed to let anything out in that moment.

But holy f bomb.

I screamed & I felt all this surface level stuff just leave my body. My shoulders dropped down, and I felt calmer & grounded. And I had the biggest smile on my face afterward.

Just from screaming.

Imagine how good it is going to feel after smashing stuff with a bat!

'How do I set up a Reiki session?'

Arriving at the IVB, I take time to set up the space, creating a cozy & inviting atmosphere.

During this time, while moving the bed & getting a few things organized, I am also setting the energetic imprints, calling in a white light of divine protection, inviting my team & reiki ascended masters to come forward.

Once the client settles into the space, I invite their own healing team to arrive & set intentions for the session.

Making sure the client is as comfortable as can be is one important part of the journey.

My table is set up with a supportive pillow, thick toppers underneath, bolsters for lower back support & cozy blankets. Eye pillows are optional wearing, but they definitely make the difference for tuning out.

Each time is different, I tune in and allow the energy to flow naturally.
