☀️Sol Rhythm☀️
Day 14 • Month 8 • Year 1
Phase - Reflection
We have moved from Refinement into Reflection, the seventh phase of the 13-month solar cycle. Month 6 refined and clarified what was already in motion; Month 7 creates space to observe what remains-less projection, more recognition of what is actually present.
Astronomical Overlay
The Sun is now passing through Virgo, bringing a symbolic backdrop of discernment, grounding, organisation and attention to detail.
Virgo carries an energy of clarification and refinement - observing what is essential, bringing order to what feels scattered, and allowing the finer details to become more visible.
About the Year
Most calendars number years from cultural, historical or religious reference points. SOL begins from its own: its completion at the close of a 13-year cycle established 22 March 2026 as Day 1 • Month 1 • Year 1.
The SOL date therefore reads across three nested rhythms:
Day • Month • Year.
About SOL
SOL divides the solar year into 13 phases of 28 days, using the Sun and seasonal rhythm as its primary reference, with the constellations as an additional astronomical and symbolic layer.
