Every space is an honour to hold.

But the RIPPLE | Making Waves Together felt especially deep because of the depth of the event, the purpose behind it, and the beautiful people it brought together. 🤍

A fundraising event for the Cancer Rehabilitation Foundation Cancer Rehabilitation Foundation (PINC & STEEL) created with so much care for those navigating journeys that touch the heart in ways we can’t always put into words.

I was so honoured to be a part of holding the sound healing space and when Trudi shared her vision of angel voices moving through with sound, we gathered some very special people together.

Our angels Tatia Bray Angelina . InTune Healing and Rachel Murphy Shiatsu , thank you for sharing your voices, your energy and your hearts so beautifully - I can’t explain the joy I felt with you all!!

Watching the space transform through sound, voices, connection and so much love is truly something special.

Thank you, Trudi Calder Pilates | Holistic Movement Mentor , Angelina, Tatia, Rachel, Jess, and every beautiful soul who added their presence to this moment.

I feel so proud, so grateful, and truly honoured to have been part of it.

Raffle tickets are also still available, helping to continue raising funds for this important cause. Head to RIPPLE | Making Waves Together to find out more and support the ongoing ripple of love.

May the ripple keep moving. ✨🤍

Aaanndd Jess | Wildlife & Nature Photography, thank you for capturing me in this moment, it feels like a pinch me moment - a little content is usually a gift I’m the one giving, so it felt extra special to receive it from you. 🤍

If you’re reading this, you’re probably on a similar path of healing and self-discovery as I am. Perhaps, like me, you’ve discovered that healing takes us to confront our shadow selves, the grief, the anger, and the suppressed experiences we’ve kept hidden.

Now is the moment in our healing journey to move away from the weight of these emotions and embrace play, abundance, joy, and love.

In this session, you will experience a practice of untamed laughter and connection.

Paige will then guide you through an embodied and grounding yoga flow, which will move into a free expression of dance.

To finish our practice Paige will guide you back to ground and to connect with breath and your Mauri.
