Had the absolute pleasure of tattooing eagle rays for the wonderful New Zealand voice actress, Debbie Griffiths Debbie Griffiths 🤍🤩

The eagle rays were inspired by the photographs Debbie took during her snorkelling experience in Rarotonga🤿🌊🏝️

Is it hard to tattoo mature skin?

Tattooing on mature skin can require a little more patience, precision and care, but that doesn’t mean you can’t achieve a beautiful, delicate result🤍

As skin matures, it naturally becomes thinner, more delicate and less elastic. This can make it more challenging to work with, and the skin may not respond in quite the same way as younger skin.

It’s important to slow down and work gently, allowing the skin to guide the process rather than trying to force the tattoo.
It ended up being soft and delicate and exactly what we wanted ✨
