My boy has got a few patches of cradle cap on his scalp so I have just made up this blend.

Hot tip: I pop it in a 30ml spray bottle as it’s easier to get onto the scalp. Leave for 10 mins then combo and wash.

Works a treat 🙌

Good morning Monday!!

After been out of action last week with an injured ankle this weeks to do list is as long as my arm...

so today’s motivational pair-fect blend is motivate and spearmint for a refreshing let’s get going combo!

Motivate by itself really gets me moving but I love adding spearmints refreshing, uplifting and slightly sweet smell to the blend 🥰

I’m not very good at doing nothing.... in fact I’m terrible at it!

So after badly spraining my ankle on the weekend, this week has been all about resting and restoring and I’m needing all the help I can get.

This is today’s diffuser blend with the beautiful calming lavender, grounding cedarwood and uplifting orange it’s helping me to be clam about all the things that need doing and focus on what really matters.... resting! So I can get back up and at it sooner rather than later 😆

He was a bit anxious about returning to school this morning but after some Steady on the back of his neck for emotional grounding and some Brave on his tummy for a bit of courage, it seems like he flew through the day no trouble at all 🙌

One of the tools in my wellness tool box is the On Guard sanitizer. Honestly this is so handy for on the go cleaning, I keep it in my handbag to clean hands, supermarket trolleys, my phone, cafe tables...... I could go on I have 3 kids 😅😆
