Did you know that a simple skin check at home every 1–2 months could help you spot a melanoma early?

Take a few minutes to check your skin from head to toe, paying particular attention to areas you don't see every day such as your back, scalp, behind your ears, the soles of your feet and between your toes.

Look for:
• New spots or moles
• Changes in size, shape or colour
• Spots that look different from the others
• Itching, bleeding or crusting lesions
