Happy solar return to me 🌞⚖️🌻

Another year, another version of me I didn't know I could become.

Last year was one of the toughest birthdays I've had so far. I spend the day alone. I thought it was what I wanted. But it wasn't what I needed. Sitting in a room all by myself, I felt terribly lonely without telling anyone.

One year later, I am getting better at asking for company when I need it.

So this year, I gifted myself a full tank of fuel and went on a tiki tour.

Nothing beats the feeling of arriving at someone's house, opening the front door and being welcomed with a heartfelt smile, a warm hug and the words "Welcome home" 💜

And somehow these beautiful creatures always seem to know when we need them most and show up.

No expectations from them, just presence and warmth, allowing you to be exactly who you are in that moment.

You don't have to explain yourself or find the words. You can just Be.

And somehow, in their presence and connection, whatever is sitting quietly within us can simply be there.

They don't need us to be anything other than ourselves. They don't need us to have it all together.

They simply stay by your side.
