Should we just accept that at a certain age its all down hill from here with no chance of improvement? Should we accept that our bodies are failing in strength, our minds aren't as good as it was and illness is inevitable as we age? I don't think so. I've seen a lot of improvement in myself, in clients and read countless anecdotal stories of improvement as we age. So I know that this is possible. The story of Maggie Smith an 85 year old rancher, 60 years carnivore illustrates this point well. She looks amazing for a woman of that age. Slim, muscly, energetic, astute, great skin, at 85. Still doing a hard days work on the farm. I've seen videos of elderly people changing their diet radically and lifting weights, running, swimming and looking years younger than their age. How old do you want to live to? How old is possible? What are you going to do about it to get there? Do you want to enjoy your later years with ample energy, strength and mental ability? Make some changes. All of this is possible. Don't limit yourself.
