I have been learning more about the acceptance of duality since living connected to a spiritual Community!

It's beautiful and sometimes Ugly!
It's chaotic and peaceful
It's lonely but connected.

Most of us received a call from the Apus.
Believe: They Speak!

It's magical, sometimes scary.

Most of all. IT'S HUMAN.

There is not a perfect place to live, but it's all so perfect.

My spiritual awakening base was Yoga, that rooted me and thaugh me.

Yoga, keeps teaching me about detachment and self liberation.

IS it easy? Not always.

Many times can be fun and not soo serious.

AS time passes, more I understand about the art of slowing down.

I am also ageing... it's beautiful, it's a Bloom. Its a spring. Sometimes, the body aches what the words can't express.

Its not about being perfect, it's about being and feeling free, from the heart, mind and spirit. Its a about to feel and being human.

Let's Bloom... always Bloom.... it's spring, lets Bloom!

Dos stories para o Reels!. (English in comments)

Indio Velho Curador de Maria Rita Castro.

Quando aprenso uma nova Canção, é rodo um processo.

A Música, Me canta primeiro.
Chega como medicina, me ensina a navegar, sonhos vários dias com ela, até que pego o violão para aprender a tocar.
Chega assim, naturalmente, desabrochando.

MOOLA Mantra ✨️ This was my very first song played on the Guitar, back in 2021!

Moola mantra

✨️The Moola Mantra is a sacred Sanskrit chant that invokes the supreme spirit and the divine energy of creation. ✨️

"Om / Aum – The primal sound of the universe.

Sat Chit Ananda – Existence, pure consciousness, and bliss.

Parabrahma – The supreme creator, beyond time and space.

Purushothama – The supreme energy or Avatar walking among mankind.

Paramatma – The supreme inner soul residing in every heart.

Sri Bhagavathi Sametha – The divine feminine aspect (Shakti/Mother Earth).

Sri Bhagavathe Namaha – Salutations to the divine masculine aspect and surrender to the universe.

Hari Om Tat Sat – The truth and the great supreme spirit✨️
