Pineda also maintains a private practice and helps individuals and families by providing psychotherapy and psychological services.

Before you ask anyone to stay, learn how to stand firmly beside yourself. A relationship should never become the place where you slowly disappear. It should enter a life that already has meaning and bring something honest to it. Pay attention to the person who does not leave you guessing. Notice who makes space for you without needing to be persuaded. You should never have to chase what is meant to meet you halfway. The right person will recognize your value through the way they show up. Until then, keep creating a life you are proud to call your own. Being wanted may feel beautiful but remaining true to yourself must always come first.💜

There comes a point where you realize you don’t have to react to everything around you.

Not every comment deserves an answer, not every situation needs your attention and not every person should have access to your emotions. Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is step away, stay quiet and refuse to carry what was never yours to hold. You become more careful about what you entertain, what you take personally and where you spend your energy.

Life feels a little lighter when you stop allowing outside noise to decide how you feel inside. Protecting your peace is something you learn with time and once you do, you become much more selective about what deserves a place in your life. Not everything deserves a reaction and certainly not everything deserves a piece of you.🩵
