Still taking in what God did during our September 26 ARMORED workshop in Baguio. 🤍

And what a timely reminder—the Bible App’s Verse of the Day was about the Armor of God. Right on the day of ARMORED. 🥹

Thank you to everyone who came… from La Union, Pangasinan, and of course, Baguio. Some of you traveled hours just to spend the afternoon with us, and we don’t take that lightly. Thank you for showing up, creating, sharing, and allowing yourselves to sit with the layers you’ve learned to wear, and the things God may now be inviting you to release.💫

And thank you, too, for extending us so much grace. We’re learning, listening, and carrying those lessons with us as we continue to steward these spaces better.🤍

“Put on the full armor of God…” — Ephesians 6:11

Thank You, Lord, for going before us, meeting us in the room, and reminding us that we were never meant to carry everything on our own. 💫❤️‍🩹

Year 2 with our Le Monet Hotel family. 🤍 Charmaine Joy Rama-De Guzman

Thank you for inviting us back for another year, this time to share the Armored workshop with your team. What a gift to create, pause, reflect, and share this space with you. 💫

And thank you for being our home in Baguio. Every time we come back, we feel so welcomed, cared for, and honestly… pampered. 🥹🥰 We see God’s kindness through you, and we’re so grateful that He continues to use you as a vessel to bless us in so many ways. 🤍

Our prayer is that as you continue to serve and care for so many people…even in an industry that asks so much of you, may you also be filled, cared for, and reminded that you, too, are seen. 💕💫 May God continue to refresh you as you pour out to others.

Until the next one, Le Monet family! 🤍

Wow! We received a letter for Josefina all the way from Baguio! 🥹💌

There’s really something special about handwritten letters. Someone taking the time to sit down, choose their words, write them by hand, and send a little piece of their heart your way.💫

We’ve also been thinking about how much God has met people through letters. So much of the Bible was written this way… words sent from one person to another, carrying truth, comfort, correction, hope.

And that’s our prayer for every letter sent to Josefina. That people can write about their stories, questions, or even the things they find hard to say out loud. And when Josefina writes back, we pray that somehow, God meets them in that exchange too. 🤍

In a world of instant messages, handwritten letters still have a place.😌

Today’s offline hangout had a very special little guest. 🤎

Little Ivy came to play, create, explore, make silly things, and somehow reminded the grown-ups in the room how to be kids again. 🥹

Sometimes we need a child around to remind us that not everything has to be productive or make sense. Some things can simply be fun.🤩

Yes, adults. We need to find time to PLAY. To be curious. To make a mess. To laugh. To create just because. 🖍️✂️✨

Thank you, little Ivy, for bringing out the kids in us today. 🤎

P.S. We have permission to share Ivy’s photos. 🫶Thank you, Auntie Jen Ang 🥰

We adapt. We protect. We find ways to make it through. And sometimes, we keep wearing what a past season required of us, even when God may be inviting us into something new.💫

When words are hard to find, we begin with our hands. 🎨
We make, choose colors, touch textures, cut, tear, draw, and get curious about what comes out.

This September 26, we’re bringing ARMORED to our home in the mountains, Le Monet Hotel 🤎

Led by Motto Press Room Jennifer Sia Go Jennifer S. Go, ABNLP-certified NLP Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioral Coach with Trauma Recovery, and Certified Expressive Arts Facilitator.

Stick figures welcome. 😉😘 So are you. 🤎

Would you wear this in Baguio? 👀

No? Maybe? If walang choice? 😅 Ahh, not your personality to wear this? Or depends on the weather, too, right?🫠

We choose what to wear depending on what we think the day might bring. But what if we asked the same question a little differently: What are you dressed for?

ARMORED is a faith-integrated expressive arts workshop where we’ll gently explore these layers through making with our hands, nervous system awareness, trauma-informed reflection, and Scripture.

Today reminded us again that sometimes, we don’t need to have the perfect words. Sometimes we just need a little space to create, to feel, to share, and to be seen. 💫

So grateful for the souls we got to meet today. 🤍 And even more grateful for a God who knows each story fully, and somehow lets our paths cross, even just for a moment. 🥹

What if sanctuary isn’t just somewhere we go, but something we slowly learn to live? 🤍

Uhmm, maybe sanctuary can look really ordinary.

Like… a quiet morning.
Making something with your hands.
Putting your phone down for a while.
A conversation where you can just be yourself.
Noticing when you’re tired and actually letting yourself rest.
Sitting with God without having to say much.

We often think we need to get away somewhere to finally breathe.😌 But maybe we can begin making little pockets of sanctuary right where we are.

In our homes, in our relationships.
In the way we work, in the way we rest.
Even in the way we make space for each other.💫

Maybe it’s less about escaping our everyday lives, and more about learning how to be present in them. 🤍

Sometimes, the layers that once protected us can also leave parts of us disconnected from our bodies, our emotions, others, and even what we truly need.😌

ARMORED is a faith-integrated expressive arts workshop where we’ll gently explore these layers through making with our hands, nervous system awareness, trauma-informed reflection, and Scripture.

We’ll honor the pieces that helped cover and carry us, while gently looking beneath the armor, willing to notice, be honest with what we find, and work with God toward what needs to be reconnected, mended, and made whole. 🤍

And this September, we’re bringing these pieces together in Baguio, at a place that has become our home in the mountains, Le Monet Hotel.

This workshop will be led by Motto Press Room Jennifer S. Go Jennifer Sia Go , ABNLP-certified NLP Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioral Coach with Trauma Recovery, and Certified Expressive Arts Facilitator.

September 26, Saturday | 1–4 PM
Le Monet Hotel, Baguio City
₱1,799 (workshop + food)

No art skills needed. Just come as you are, with all your pieces. 🤍

DM us to register and reserve your spot.😉
