In celebration of Mental Health Month 2026, Abundo Psychological Clinic (APC), in partnership with the Municipal Government of Balagtas, conducted a Mental Health Awareness Seminar and Community Psychological First Aid (PFA) initiative.

The activity aimed to strengthen mental health awareness, encourage open conversations about emotional well-being, and provide immediate psychosocial support to individuals experiencing emotional distress and everyday challenges.

Through mental health education and Psychological First Aid, APC continues to advocate for accessible, compassionate, and community-based mental health services.

APC extends its sincere appreciation to the Local Government of Balagtas, under the leadership of Mayor Andrew Santiago and Vice Mayor Monay Payuran, for supporting initiatives that prioritize the psychological well-being of the community.

Because mental health care should not only be accessible during difficult moments—it should be part of building a healthier, more compassionate community. 💙
