🌧️ RAINY SEASON REMINDER: GUARD AGAINST URTI! 🤧

Rainy days can bring more cases of Upper Respiratory Tract Infections (URTI)—like colds, sore throat, cough, and runny nose.

Protect yourself:
• Wash your hands often
• Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing
• Avoid sharing cups, utensils, and personal items
• Get enough rest, eat well, and stay hydrated
• If you’re sick, stay home and avoid close contact with others

Don’t let the rain bring you down!
Stay dry. Stay healthy. Stay safe!

Sometimes you can go about your day for years, feeling completely fine - while high blood pressure quietly strains your heart, damages blood vessels and stresses your kidneys.

The good news: prevention and control are possible.

Early diagnosis, access to affordable high blood pressure medicines and healthy daily habits can greatly lower these risks.

Prolonged screen or reading times can lead to eye strain, dry eyes, and headaches.
DO take breaks!
Use the 20-20-20 rule to help your eyes:
🖥️ After using a screen for 20 minutes
📏 Look at an object 20 feet away
🕓 For 20 seconds
