With the increasing demand for globally competitive professionals, what could be the key to keep pace or even stand out from your peers in an ever dynamic, high performing work environment? At STI, the answer lies in ensuring a holistic, real life education that maintains a healthy balance between work and play. More than academic excellence, STI upholds experiential learning โ education that goes beyond the confines of the classroom, enabling students to Learn, Play, Analyze, and Socialize. These four components make sure that STI students are holistically-developed โ from different facets like academic, co-curricular, and extra-curricular activities that keep them well-rounded. STIโs standardized courseware and curriculum delivers the same high quality education in its schools nationwide. At the same time, learning is infused in the various activities and events like the annual Tagisan ng Talino, Battle of the Bands, Sportsfest, and Mr. STI, that allow students to interact with peers and showcase their talents year after year, thus teaching them how to manage their intellectual competencies and emotions by accepting the concepts of successes and failures. More importantly, STI develops its students to be responsible members of society by giving them opportunities to be active supporters of various causes that promote camaraderie and initiative by volunteering for projects such as house-building through Gawad Kalinga, marathons that support environmental causes, tree planting, and annual Christmas treats for less fortunate children. The E2E System is the complete approach to human resource development. Students gain applicable education, job market skills, job preparedness, and job placement assistance to help them land a job easily anywhere in the world. Indeed, STIโs responsibility to its graduates goes beyond quality education. STI equips its students with all the essentials needed to face and triumph over real life challenges.
