MABILIS ANG TIBOK NG PUSO. PUMAPAYAT. LAGING MAINIT. NERBYOSO. 😰
“Stress lang ba ’to?”
Sometimes, it may be more than stress.
Graves’ disease is an autoimmune condition that can cause an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism)—and its clues can sometimes look like ordinary stress, anxiety, or pagod.
You may notice:
❤️ Fast or pounding heartbeat
🔥 Heat intolerance or excessive sweating
⚖️ Unexplained weight loss despite eating
🤲 Shaky hands
😴 Trouble sleeping
😟 Anxiety or irritability
👁️ And for some people, changes involving the eyes
But here’s what I want you to remember:
One symptom doesn’t diagnose Graves’ disease.
A PATTERN deserves attention.
Huwag basta tiisin.
Huwag basta sisihin ang stress.
And please—don’t self-diagnose from symptoms alone.
Your body may be giving you clues that deserve proper assessment.
CLUE → CONNECTION → ACTION.
