This fascinating concept comes from Gil Hedley, Ph.D. - you might remember this anatomist who filmed โ€˜the fuzz speechโ€™.

With a PHD in Theology he has a deep understanding of how our society has always sanctified cutting off our body, senses, the feminine, earth, manifestation - in the name of religion. As if it's the word of God.

And we internalise this approach, now in our modern bodys - to be as small and hard as possible.

He advocates for embracing life, which our fat represents.

As a medical professional, he advocates for health, so that comes along side this, not in opposition.
