Day 2 of THE GOLDEN HOUR: Neonatal Stabilization & Care brought our participants deeper into the heart of neonatal emergency care through hands-on simulations, working stations, and the Mega Code.
The learning moved beyond the classroom and into realistic clinical scenariosโchallenging participants to assess, respond, communicate, and make critical decisions under pressure.
๐ถ FROM BIRTH TO STABILIZATION
Participants worked through simulated cases beginning at the moment of birth, progressing through initial assessment, stabilization, airway and respiratory support, and emergency interventions.
๐ฅ FROM DELIVERY ROOM TO NICU
The working stations recreated the continuum of neonatal careโfrom a delivery room setup, where the first crucial minutes matter, to a NICU setup, where ongoing respiratory support, monitoring, and stabilization take place.
๐ฅ THE MEGA CODE
The highlight was the Mega Code simulation, where participants were immersed in dynamic, team-based scenarios that challenged them to apply their knowledge and skills in real time.
Every second mattered. Every role mattered. Every decision mattered.
Through these simulations, our participants experienced what it means to move from recognition to intervention, from teamwork to coordinated action, and from birth to stabilization.
Because in neonatal care, the Golden Hour is more than a period of timeโit is a window of opportunity to make a difference in a newbornโs life. ๐

Learn. Simulate. Respond. Stabilize.
For every newborn, every breath counts. ๐ถ๐
โจ AND THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNINGโฆ โจ
Next year, get ready to witnessโand experienceโanother glimpse of these exciting, hands-on activities! ๐ถ๐ฅ
More realistic simulations.
More challenging scenarios.
More opportunities to learn, practice, collaborate, and sharpen your skills in neonatal stabilization and care.
๐ THE GOLDEN HOUR WILL BE BACK. ๐
Are you ready for the next chapter?
Stay tuned. Something bigger is coming in 2027 ๐ฏ
