BARLEY POWDER or CAPSULE? 🤔

“Barley Powder or Barley Capsule—ano ang difference?”

Both come from Amazing Barley, but they offer different ways to enjoy your daily barley routine. 🌿

🥤 POWDER
Simply mix it with water and enjoy it as a green drink. Great for those who prefer the traditional way of taking barley.

💊 CAPSULE
A convenient option for those who prefer a capsule format—especially when you're on the go or don't always have time to prepare a drink.

So, which one is better?

It really depends on your preference and lifestyle. 💚

Whether powder or capsule, choose the format that makes it easier for you to stay consistent with your daily routine.

All glory to God! 🙌💚

Nararanasan mo din bato? Baka ANEMIA na yan. Subukan mo magBarley . 🍵

🩸 LAGING PAGOD?

Anemia happens when the body doesn’t have enough healthy red blood cells or hemoglobin to carry oxygen efficiently throughout the body.

Possible signs may include:
• Madaling mapagod
• Panghihina
• Pagkahilo o parang mawawalan ng balanse
• Pamumutla

🌿 Take care of your body through the basics:
✔️ Eat a balanced and nutritious diet
✔️ Get enough iron, folate, vitamin B12, and protein from appropriate food sources
✔️ Stay hydrated
✔️ Get enough rest
✔️ Listen to your body and seek proper medical advice when needed

Sometimes, your body is telling you that it needs a little more attention. 🤍

Your health matters. Take the time to listen to your body.

“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” -2 Corinthians 5:7
Blessed Sunday everyone ! 🙏😇

🤍 SUNDAY REMINDER: HAVE FAITH.

Sometimes, life will give you questions before it gives you answers. May mga bagay na hindi pa clear, plans that haven't happened yet, and prayers that are still waiting for their time.

But faith means choosing to trust God even when you cannot see what comes next. 🙏

You may not know the whole plan, but you can trust the One who does.

“For we walk by faith, not by sight.”
2 Corinthians 5:7

This Sunday, release the need to have everything figured out.

Pray. Trust. Take the next step.

God is already where you’re going. 🤍

Have faith. Your story is still unfolding. 🌿

✨ HELLO, OCTOBER. 🌿

New month, new chapter.

Hindi naman kailangan biglang baguhin ang lahat. Sometimes, it starts with small choices—better habits, better nourishment, more rest, more gratitude, and taking better care of yourself.

This October, let’s choose to be more intentional with the way we live, the way we eat, and the way we take care of our body. 🤍

Small changes today can become a healthier lifestyle tomorrow.

And whatever this new month brings, may we continue to move forward with faith, purpose, and gratitude. 🙏

🌿 New month.
