Are you creative, hands-on, and interested in making engaging content? We're looking for a Marketing & Content Assistant to help promote our medical and healthcare products across digital platforms!

🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO
📸 Take attractive product photos for online stores and social media.
🎥 Shoot and edit short videos for TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
✍️ Create captions, product descriptions, video scripts, and promotional content.
🎨 Design graphics using Canva and other editing tools.
🤖 Use ChatGPT and AI tools to brainstorm and create content.
📱 Help manage social media posts and improve Shopee and Lazada product listings.

✅ WHO CAN APPLY?
We're looking for someone who is creative, willing to learn, comfortable using digital tools, and interested in content creation and online marketing.
Experience is an advantage, but we're also open to applicants with relevant skills, personal projects, or a strong willingness to learn.

🧑‍💻 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reply to all customer inquiries
• Answer questions about our products and orders
• Manage and respond to shop reviews
• Send parcel/package pictures to customers
• Handle basic customer concerns
• Find ways to make customer service faster and easier
