She'd tried gyms before, but nothing had quite clicked. She came in feeling intimidated and unsure if coaching was right for her.

We started with her experience and concerns. I explained what to expect, assessed how she moved, and guided her through the basics at a pace she could manage.

By the end, she told me she wanted to get back on track. She felt she'd found the structure, guidance and care she'd been looking for.

Now we have a starting point to build on together.

Deirene tried joining gyms before. Nothing had quite clicked.

She came in feeling intimidated and unsure whether the coaching would be right for her.

I asked about those experiences first. I listened to her concerns and what had been making her hesitate. We talked about getting back into training and what she needed to keep going.

Before we started, I explained what the session would look like and what she could expect. I assured her we'd work at a pace and level she could manage.

Then I assessed how she moved and the limitations we needed to work around. From there, we began with the foundational movements.

We worked through the squat, press and deadlift. I adjusted the movement patterns where she needed help and explained the standards we were working toward. Each rep was guided, with feedback on what to adjust and time to work through it.

We kept the conversation going throughout the session so she understood what we were doing and why.

By the end, she told me she wanted to get back on track. She felt she'd found the coaching, structure and care she'd been looking for.

That gives us a starting point to build her strength, confidence and capacity at a pace she can sustain.

Four athletes from our class finished races in Sydney, Jakarta and Auckland.

Karl Edejer raced HYROX Sydney. Jude Saldua raced HYROX Jakarta. Jen and Jerome Foo raced the doubles in Auckland.

They trained for it here. Runs, sled, rowing, carries and strength, coached week to week in Olongapo. Race day is the same work in a bigger room.

You don't need a race on the calendar to start. Book a Free Assessment and we'll find your starting point together.

I thought it was very intimidating. That's how one member described walking into their first week here.

Then day one happened. The coach ran the whole class and gave them time to learn each movement. Squats were the hard part, so the coach put a box under them and let them build the position. Two weeks in, they squat all the way down.

You don't need to know what you're doing to start. The first week is for learning it. We start with your goals, not a membership.
