Still waiting in line for your Letter of Authorization (LOA)?​

The LOA is probably the other most important requirement, alongside your ValuCare Card, allowing you to access your healthcare benefits from our network of clinics, hospitals, and diagnostics facilities.​

The line of members needing consultations, elective procedures, or laboratory tests can stretch anyone's patience at clinics or hospitals, especially at highly in-demand top-tier providers. As part of our continuing mission to make the healthcare experience smoother for ValuCare members, we developed the ValuCare SuperApp to help minimize queueing. Request your digital LOA ahead of time via the ValuCare SuperApp. Our digital ecosystem connects with our providers, allowing them to monitor requests from members ahead of time as well.​

Your digital LOA is available through both the app and your email. Consultation LOAs for consultation are auto-approved, while laboratory and inpatient requests are processed quickly​

You can also access your ValuCare Virtual Card via the app. Simply present your digital LOA and virtual card at the accredited facilities for quicker service. The app also comes complete with a directory of providers, including a map that geo-locates your position and shows nearby accredited facilities.​

As part of our continuing mission to make the healthcare experience smoother for ValuCare members, we developed the ValuCare SuperApp, where you can request LOAs digitally.​

Consultation LOAs are auto-approved, while laboratory and inpatient requests are processed quickly.​
