KindMed Diagnostic Laboratory — Now Hiring!

KindMed Diagnostic Laboratory is looking for dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented graduates to join our team. We are currently accepting applications from Nursing and Medical Technology graduates for full-time positions in our diagnostic lab.

Position: Laboratory Staff / Phlebotomist (Nursing or Medical Technology graduates)

Location: KindMed Diagnostic Laboratory, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte.

Key responsibilities:

Perform specimen collection (venipuncture, capillary) and proper labeling.

Prepare, process, and handle clinical specimens following standard protocols.

Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and assist with routine tests under supervision.

Ensure accurate data entry and maintain patient confidentiality.

Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance guidelines.

Assist with inventory, supplies, and sample storage.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology (BSMT) or equivalent.

PRC license preferred; new graduates or upcoming board passers may apply.

Basic familiarity with laboratory procedures, specimen handling, and phlebotomy.

Good communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required.
