Tomorrow is the last chance to apply for a Travel Grant if you want to have the chance of obtaining a grant for the 2027 HAEi Regional Conference APAC in Bangkok, Thailand, from 19 to 21 March 2027 🌏️

This conference is for countries in the Asia-Pacific region only. People with HAE and their caregivers (close relatives) living in the region can apply for a Travel Grant on our website no later than tomorrow, 30 September (end of your day).

🌏️ Living in the Asia-Pacific region? Do you want to attend the 2027 HAEi Regional Conference APAC? The Travel Grant Application website is now open 😁 🙌

The 2027 HAEi Regional Conference APAC is for countries in the Asia-Pacific region only, and we look forward to welcoming people with HAE, caregivers, youngsters, HAE physicians/scientists, and industry representatives of the region to a program with three tracks: Patient and Caregiver Track, Youngsters Track (aged 12-25), and Scientific Track.

As always, we will offer attendance at a very low price and will also work hard to secure Travel Grants for as many as possible.

We are excited to share that the 2027 HAEi Regional Conference APAC will take place in Bangkok, Thailand, from 19–21 March 2027!

Travel Grant applications will open on 24 August 2026.

We have revamped the conference program and tracks to make them even more engaging, with a stronger focus on interaction and connection between all participants.

Suggestion for a weekend activity: Bake a tasty cake AND share an image and your recipe with the community 🎂🍰🎖️

In 2022, HAE Scandinavia invited its members to bake an hae day:-) cake. Last year, HAEi's Director, Research, Debs, made cupcakes with purple frosting as part of the hae day:-) activity challenge. This year, we invite you to also bake your favorite cake as part of the challenge. And if you want to, share an image of the result and the recipe in the comments of this post.

Using the new hae day:-) section of the HAE Companion app, it is easy to also submit your activity to the challenge and include an image for the gallery on the haeday.org website.
