Can you turn life-saving skills into experiences people actually want to learn?

We’re looking for an Innovation & Growth Lead who is creative, strategic, energetic, and passionate about making a real-world impact.

At Saving9, we’re reimagining how life-saving skills are taught — moving beyond memorisation and creating practical, engaging, hands-on learning experiences for everyone.

From families and elderly caregivers who want to feel prepared in an emergency, to medical students looking for practical training beyond textbooks — we want to make life-saving education accessible, relevant, and exciting.

🎯 What you’ll do

* 💡 Develop innovative ideas for new courses, programs, and learning experiences
* 📈 Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion
* 🤝 Build strategic partnerships with schools, universities, hospitals, and corporations
* 🎯 Understand diverse audiences and develop offerings that genuinely meet their needs
* 🚀 Turn creative ideas into scalable, impactful initiatives
* 🌱 Help shape the organisation’s growth and contribute directly to its long-term vision

🌟 Who are we looking for?

Someone with:

* Infectious enthusiasm and genuine passion for creating impact
* A confident, warm, and people-oriented personality
* Strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
* The ability to generate out-of-the-box ideas and turn them into action
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A drive to build something meaningful from the ground up

A medical background is NOT required — although it would certainly be a plus!

💰 What we offer

PKR 100,000–150,000 salary

Job Opportunity: Digital Content & Social Media Lead
(Islamabad)

At Saving 9, we work where life feels most fragile; emergency response, mental health crises, and the small moments where the right kind of support changes everything.

We’re looking for someone who can help us tell those stories.
Behind every training session, every ambulance call, every person we sit with , there’s a human moment worth honoring. We need someone who can find that moment, and turn it into something people feel.

This role moves between worlds: filming a reel in the field, designing a post that helps fund someone’s care, writing something that makes a stranger stop scrolling, running a campaign that reaches the people who actually need it.

We care about truth more than trends, and clarity more than noise. Data tells us what’s working, but stories are what help people understand why this work exists at all.

This role blends creative work with the practical, day-to-day craft of running a social media presence, content creation, campaign ex*****on, community management, all in service of one goal: helping people see the humanity behind the work we do.

Skill Requirements:

* Photography and videography skills
* Ability to create engaging reels and short videos
* Graphic design skills (Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite)
* Social media management across major platforms
* Content planning and scheduling
* Experience running paid social media campaigns
* Strong writing and storytelling skills
* Basic understanding of social media analytics
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Comfortable working around sensitive and vulnerable situations
* A genuine passion for meaningful, impact-driven work and storytelling

If you care about doing meaningful work, showing up consistently, and helping people understand why this work matters, we’d love to hear from you.

(Salary: PKR 80,000 – 150,000, depending on experience)

What makes the Saving 9 First Aid Workshop so different?
