The 6th PPMA Pakistan Pharma Summit & 2nd Pharma Export Summit Awards (PESA) were held on 12th July, 2023 in Islamabad. The event was hosted by Pakistan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association& organised by TerraBiz.

CEO MediFlow Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd, Syed Farooq Bukhari, as his role chairman PPMA was a key speaker at the event. He urged the prime minister Shahbaz Sharif to give priority to export in pharmaceutical industry & highlighted industry's economic significance. So Pakistan can reach its potential as a leading player in the global pharmaceutical market.

This event brought together heads of all Pakistan leading pharmaceutical companies, leadership of PPMA, chief and representatives from the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP), representatives from the US Pharmacopeia, federal ministers and experts were present on the occasion.

This event was organized to honour the progress of Pakistani pharmaceutical companies, industry leaders, experts and stakeholders to discuss strategies for growth and innovation.

Receipient of civil award Tamagha-i-Imtiaz from President of Pakistan, Professor Dr. Raza Shah of International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences ICCBS - University of Karachi also known as HEJ Research Institute of Chemistry visited Mediflow Pharmaceuticals.
