How r u all ?? I just wanna share a small glimpse of my life .. a chapter that unfolded my life to the fitter form.
I started on my journey of weight loss with a massive weight figure which was
112kgs. i use to look huge.. and
obviously as i appeared i was also encountering many health issues that obesity gave me .... i had lack of stamina
which led to leg pains and back pains whenever i walked even for a half amile.. my heart would start throbbing in my chest and i would just collapse giving up my chores and ending up being lazy... i suffered from PCOS which was again y my weight was just adding onn!!
Had given up on everything, depressed and lost..until i met AMMARA AYAAZ MAAM.and her team... she really is one magician i know now ... i just joined her group and inspite of having uterus issues i still lost weight ... all in a NATURAL WAY no pills no supplements.. just natural deit and workouts within 9 mths i was like 72 kgs ..YES!!!. i lost 40kgs in 9 mth from 112 to 72 kgs ... its hard to believe .. but this is the truth of my life ..
