یہ ہیں فہد رشید۔

2025 میں جب فہد رشید کی بیٹی کو صحت کے مسائل کا سامنا کرنا پڑا،
تو وہ اور ان کی اہلیہ مختلف ڈاکٹروں کے پاس گئے۔ لیکن علاج کے
ساتھ ساتھ انہوں نے خود بھی اس مسئلے کی تہہ تک پہنچنے کی کوشش
کی۔

انہوں نے جنوبی ایشیا کے قدیم گھریلو نسخوں پر تحقیق شروع کی اور
مختلف اجزاء کو ملا کر ایک آمیزہ تیار کیا۔

فہد کے مطابق، جب اسے اپنی بیٹی پر استعمال کیا تو اس کے بالوں کا
گرنا رک گیا، مزاج میں بار بار آنے والی تبدیلیوں اور ہارمونز سے
متعلق مسائل میں بہتری آئی، چہرے کی رنگت نکھری اور توانائی میں
بھی اضافہ ہوا۔

اپنی بیٹی کی حالت میں بہتری دیکھ کر فہد اور ان کی اہلیہ نے سوچا،
کیوں نہ یہ نسخہ دوسری ماؤں اور خاندانوں تک بھی پہنچایا جائے؟

اسی سوچ کے ساتھ انہوں نے Self Heal کی بنیاد رکھی اور اسی
آمیزے کو Her Vital کے نام سے متعارف کروایا، جس میں بادام،
الائچی، مصری، کالے تل، جو، کھجور، کدو کے بیج، چقندر اور ادرک
پاؤڈر شامل ہیں۔

بعد میں انہوں نے اپنی مصنوعات کا دائرہ بڑھایا۔ Heightanix بچوں
کی نشوونما اور قد سے متعلق غذائی ضروریات، Him Vital مردوں کی
صحت اور توانائی، جبکہ Well Vision آنکھوں کی صحت سے متعلق
غذائی ضروریات کو مدنظر رکھ کر پیش کیا گیا۔

فہد کے مطابق، پہلے ہی سال میں Self Heal دس ہزار سے زیادہ آرڈرز
پورے کر چکا ہے۔
