2. take namaz breaks,
3. stretch your muscles every hour specially your back muscles because thats where the stress is for most of the time through out the day.

days other than your shoulder day, when you start your warm before the workout, try warming up your shoulders as well with 4 sets of 20 to 30 reps per set with a very light weight. Following are the best exercises that you can do:
Dumbbell Side Curl
Shoulder Press.

Mouth Ulcer is very common among many fitness enthusiastic. Specially when they take high amount of protein or when they eat more than one egg yolk a day. You need to cut down things that creates heat in your stomach for example egg yolk, yes there are some foods that your stomach is not very friend with and your skin shows you different signs to avoid these foods or to add more variety in your meals. so avoiding foods that create heat inside your body and drink lots of water. eat apples. apples really help in cooling down your stomach heat. and a juice of gourd every morning. gourd helps in purifying your blood. Sometimes muscle injuries disturbs a lot when you are weight training. In that case try not to ignore the injuries. If you feel that you just injured your muscle try to heal them right after you are done with your workout. Put some ice on the injured muscle for about 5 to 10 minutes and do this two times a day or even three times. If you still feel that the muscle is not recovered yet do not use any medicine or pain killer. Go see some nearby physiotherapists and surely you would get a better treatment and you would be able to get back in the game very soon. If you have a physiotherapist around you that you know is up to the mark. you can put a link in the comment so that other athletes and fitness enthusiastic might also get benefited.

Try not to lift as heavy as you lift in winters. keep your weights modern because this is the season when most muscle injuries occurs. so keep your weights a bit lighter. and drink water as much as you can. stay healthy stay blessed.

Its summers guys! Drink as much water as you can. your body needs at least 2.5 liters of water in summers. So keep drinking water. Have fruits like watermelon, sugarcane juice, drink more more and more. And another thing, two or three glasses of lemon water would really fulfills the need of the required minerals in your body. If you guys are working out, then try to drink at least one liter of water during your workout so that you wont get dehydrated. Stay safe stay healthy. :)
