I remember the days when I would bring my girls to the farm
little hands in mine,
laughter filling the autumn air,
and October becoming one of those months my heart would quietly treasure.

And now, I get to watch something even more beautiful…

My girls are growing,
their families are growing,
and the little traditions we once shared are being carried into another generation.

The pumpkins may change.
The years may pass.
The children may grow.

But the memories remain
woven into the fabric of our family,
held safely in the places only a mother’s heart can hold.

When I look at a picture like this,
I don’t just see a pumpkin farm.

I see generations.
I see answered prayers.
I see legacy.
I see the blessing of watching love multiply.

What a gift it is to witness my family’s growth and to hold dearly the memories my heart treasures.

“Your children’s children will be a blessing.” — Psalm 128:6 (NIV)

Some blessings are not measured by what we possess, but by the generations we get to love.

Welcome Autumn 🍂

Autumn reminds us that every season has a purpose, and every season has a harvest.

In life coaching, we often pause to ask: What is this season producing in me? What am I being called to release, and what am I preparing to receive?

Just as Ecclesiastes 3:1 reminds us, “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.”

Don’t fear the changes.
Trust the process.
Make room for what God is growing in you.

Your season of change may be preparing you for a season of harvest.

Friday Vibes /Soaking in the Last Days of Summer

There’s something special about the end of summer…
The slower moments.
The warm evenings.
The laughter.
The memories we didn’t plan—but will remember.

As we transition into a new season, it’s a beautiful reminder that life is always changing—and we are changing with it.

Life coaching invites us to pause and ask:

What did this season teach me?
What am I ready to release?
What do I want to carry into my next season?
What deserves more of my attention?

You don’t have to have everything figured out before the season changes.

Sometimes growth looks like simply being present, appreciating where you are, and trusting where you’re going.

So today, vibe with the moment.
Enjoy the sunshine.
Make the memory.
Take the picture.
Laugh a little longer.

And when the season changes… let yourself change too.

Here’s to Friday, the final summer days, and becoming more intentional about the life we’re creating.

As the Seasons Change, So Do Our Children.

There is something beautiful about watching the seasons change.

Summer gives way to fall.
Leaves begin to let go.
Routines shift.
And everything around us begins to adjust.

Children experience these transitions too.

A new school year, a new classroom, changes in schedules, new expectations, or simply the transition from one season of life to another can show up in a child’s behavior.

Sometimes what looks like:
• Defiance
• Big emotions
• Clinginess
• Difficulty listening
• Tantrums
• Regression

…may actually be a child communicating, “This change feels hard for me.”

Behavior coaching helps parents look beyond the behavior and ask:

What is my child communicating?
What skill might they still be developing?
How can I provide connection, consistency, and support while they adjust?

Just like a tree doesn’t lose its leaves because it has failed,it releases what no longer belongs in that season. 🍁

Our children are constantly growing, learning, adapting, and becoming.

Every season is an opportunity to respond with understanding instead of simply reacting to behavior.

This fall, let’s give our children room to grow through the transition—with patience, connection, structure, and grace.

Behavior is communication.
Connection creates safety.
And every season brings an opportunity for growth.

Summer reminds us that some of life’s most beautiful moments aren’t the big, planned ones , they’re the simple moments we almost overlook.

A slow morning.
Laughter around the table.
Time with family.
A sunset that makes you pause.
Conversations that stay with you.
Being present instead of being busy.
Creating memories that money could never buy.

Sometimes God is reminding us that we don’t have to rush through life to experience something meaningful.

“Be still, and know that I am God.” Psalm 46:10

May we hold onto the moments that brought us joy, peace, connection, and gratitude this summer and carry those treasures with us into the next season.
Life is made up of moments. Be present for them.

I’m proud of the person you’re becoming.

Not because the journey has been easy, but because you’ve chosen to keep growing through the challenges, the failures, the disappointments, and the moments that tried to convince you to give up.

Every setback has strengthened your resilience.
Every lesson has refined your character.
Every struggle has been an invitation for God to shape you into who He created you to be.

Growth isn’t the absence of hardship it’s the decision to keep trusting, keep healing, and keep moving forward even when the path feels uncertain.

Remember, God doesn’t waste your pain. He uses it to produce perseverance, deepen your faith, and reveal the strength He placed within you all along.

Keep becoming.
Keep believing.
Keep surrendering.

The version of you that God is developing is worth every step of the process.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.

Your strength will eventually run out, but the strength of the Lord never will.

Healing begins when we stop striving in our own strength and start surrendering to His. True transformation isn’t about becoming stronger on your own,it’s about allowing God to renew your mind, restore your heart, and empower you through His Spirit.
