Dr. Muhammad Masrouji, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, founded Masrouji Company in the year 1959 in Jerusalem as a trade and import company for Pharmaceuticals. The modest operation has grown over the years to become one of the leading trading and investment corporations in Palestine and the wider Middle East region, and has been distinguished for its emphasis on ethical business practices and an appreciation for human capital. Over the past six decades, Masrouji Group has evolved as a major importer and distributor of an extensive international range of top branded products for Pharmacies, Hospitals, FMCG, Beauty, and Baby Care retailers. Masrouji continues to incorporate new ideas and modernisation efforts, whilst drawing simultaneously on the experience, industry knowledge and customer loyalty accumulated over the years. Our philosophy is to build distinguished relationships with our human capital, business partners, and clients, based on professionalism and trust resulting in stronger returns to all parties involved. At Masrouji we strive to develop and market a wide range of high quality, innovative and differentiated products and services that exceed our partners’ expectations. As part of our group culture, we meet our objectives by investing in various fields that develop our business for the future based on core values and principles. As market demand grows in sophistication and complexity, our group keeps its commitment to provide a wide range of products and to commence a strategy of geographical expansion by establishing subsidiaries in the Middle East region. With its industry experience and an established network and entrepreneurial foresight, Masrouji is well positioned to take advantage of the additional opportunities expected in the growing business sectors in the region. As a result of colossal investment in human capital and embedding the values of honesty, integrity and devotion as the main and utmost business practice methodology, Masrouji Group has developed what was once a local venture to one of the leading regional conglomerates accounting for prosperous growth, fruitful achievements and synergy.
