🌰 Buckwheat walnut bread: comment “BREAD” and I’ll send you the recipe.

Gluten-free and deeply nourishing. Rich in magnesium, omega-3 and zinc, to support your gut, your hormones and your cycle.

WHY IT NOURISHES YOUR CYCLE
- Buckwheat: magnesium, iron and fiber for your gut and the luteal phase. In TCM it strengthens the Spleen.
- Flaxseed: lignans and omega-3 that support hormonal balance.
- Sunflower seeds: vitamin E, zinc and selenium, supportive for ovulation and the thyroid.
- Walnuts: omega-3 and magnesium. In TCM they tonify the Kidneys, the root of our hormonal vitality.

A healthy gut helps you eliminate used estrogen, so what you eat and how you digest matter for your cycle.

✨ This is the kind of nutrition we explore in MATRIZ, my 8-week online immersion in female health (7 January to 25 February). We bring together integrative nutrition, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and the rhythm of your hormones.

Early Bird until 2 November

🍐 Pears and the Metal season

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, autumn belongs to the Metal element, which governs the Lungs and Large Intestine. It’s the season of dryness, of letting go and of turning inward. Dry skin, a dry throat, a dry cough or sluggish bowels are signs that the Lungs are asking for moisture.

PEAR
Cool, sweet and slightly sour. It enters the Lung and Stomach, moistens the Lungs, generates fluids, clears heat and soothes a dry throat and cough. It also gently supports the bowels. Stewing makes it easier to digest and softens its coolness.

THE SUPPORTING CAST
🌿 Ginger: warms, opens the Lungs and balances the pear’s coolness
🌿 Cloves: warm the Stomach and help digestion
🌿 Medjool date: sweet and tonifying, nourishes the Spleen and Blood
🌿 Lemon peel: moves Qi and helps resolve phlegm
🌿 A pinch of salt: enters the Kidneys and helps everything settle

MILLET
Slightly cool and sweet. It strengthens the Spleen, harmonizes digestion, gently nourishes Yin and supports the Kidneys. An amazing breakfast to have on Luteal Phase. It’s also gluten-free and easier to digest when soaked. Coconut adds moisture, which again supports the Lungs.

🍯 RECIPE | Spiced pears

5 pears, washed, peeled, top and bottom cut off
1 Medjool date, 2 cloves, 3 to 4 slices of ginger, a piece of lemon peel if you have it, a pinch of salt
About 2 cups of water in total: start with two fingers of water and add more once it boils
Bring to a boil, then cook on a medium-low flame for about 1h30, adding water if needed
Enjoy them as they are, or turn them into pancakes or even bread.

🍯 Nourishing millet porridge (the next day)
Soak the millet overnight with a splash of apple c***r vinegar
Rinse well, add fresh water and cook
Once boiling, add 1 tbsp of coconut flakes and a pinch of salt
Stir in the cooked pear and the spiced liquid from the pan
Enjoy it warm 💛

We were taught to think of hormones as problems to be managed: too high, too low, out of control.
But each one carries a message. Estrogen moves you outward. Testosterone keeps the fire lit. Progesterone calls you home.

When one of them goes quiet, or too loud, the body tells you, through your skin, your sleep, your cravings, your moods.

Learning to read them is not about controlling your cycle. It’s about finally understanding it.

Tell me in the comments: which voice do you hear the loudest right now? Estrogen, testosterone or progesterone?

Want to learn how to listen to your cycle? Comment MATRIZ and I’ll send you the details.

To inhabit yourself. To listen to your senses. To claim ownership of your own wholeness.

We are taught to see the female body as something to repair, or as a mystery with no answers. But the body is wise. It has its own ecology and its own rhythms, and every symptom, contraction or emotion is part of its language, asking for care and attention.

Matriz is an 8-week journey where the clarity of science meets the sensitivity of listening: Integrative Nutrition, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic Medicine and Natural Gynecology, woven with ancestral wisdom.

In 8 weeks, you’ll learn:
→ what your hormones are communicating, and how each phase asks to be nourished
→ how digestion and hormonal balance are connected (and what the estrobolome has to do with PMS)
→ how stress and emotions shape your hunger, your mood and your cycle
→ how to bring it all into your kitchen, with recipes, rituals and my personal formulary

Not rules to follow. A language to remember.

Recipe to Strength the body

(To raise up Yang Qi: the active, warm, functional energy that powers the body with vitality)
This recipe helps to strengthen Kidney and Spleen function.

Ingredients
6 walnuts
6 eggs

Instructions
Clean: Wash the walnut shells thoroughly.
Soak: Crack the walnuts open and remove the nuts. Keep the outer shells and the thin inner dividers. Soak these shell pieces in water for 30 minutes.
Simmer: Bring the water with the shells and dividers to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 1 hour.
Boil & Steep: Add the eggs to the pot, turn up the heat, and boil for an additional 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the mixture steep overnight. If the eggshells are still completely intact the next morning, gently crack them with a spoon so the liquid can pe*****te.

How to Consume
The next day, gently warm up 2 eggs along with some of the liquid. Consume this daily for 3 to 6 consecutive days.

When to Avoid
You feel there is Excess Heat: Symptoms like high fevers, night sweats, hot flashes, severe irritability, a red face/tongue, or a cough with thick yellow-green mucus.
High Dampness or Phlegm: Symptoms like severe bloating, food stagnation (indigestion/acid reflux), or a thick, greasy white coating on the tongue.
Active Diarrhea: Avoid if you have loose stools or a stomach flu, as walnuts naturally lubricate the intestines and can worsen diarrhea.

“Your imagination is downstream of your attention” Toko-pa Turner ✨

We are living in the most intense era of information overload. Our nervous systems, our emotions, and our senses are often pushed to the limit to absorb and process all that is being shared with us l In one way or another, it is hard to hold it all and often we end up collapsing. In this collapse, we lose the true connection to our soul, to our inner guidance and authenticity. We get confused about what we truly desire - not on a material level, but at the soul level, and what we are actually being called to do here, in this life.

SANCTUM offers you a place to slow down and attune to the most sacred: your connection with yourself. A space to awaken the imagination, to listen, to receive inspiration and to slow down enough to restore our sense of presence.

SANCTUM | Puglia, Italy
November 11th–16th

Allow yourself to pause.
Your space of reconnection awaits.
