A little update from Saúde In The City 🌿

As we move toward 2027, Saúde In The City is entering a new chapter.

I have absolutely loved this space. It has been home to so many conversations, sessions, workshops, practitioners and beautiful moments over the last few years - and I’m incredibly grateful for everything it has held.

But sometimes growth also means recognizing when it’s time to simplify.

Our current space is a little bigger than what I need for where Saúde In The City is heading. I want to spend less time managing a large physical space and more time focusing on what I love most: working with clients.

So, as of January 2027, we will be saying goodbye to our current location and moving into a smaller, more intimate space where I can continue welcoming clients in Lisbon.

This isn’t goodbye to Saúde In The City — just a new beginning. 🤍

In the meantime, our current rooms remain available for practitioners to rent through the end of the year. As we prepare for the transition, we are no longer offering new long-term rental agreements, but short-term and flexible bookings are still welcome.

More to come as this next chapter takes shape. 🌿

What if one week could change the way a girl sees herself?

Between the ages of 12–15, many girls are navigating anxiety, body image struggles, social pressure, self-doubt, and the constant influence of social media. Research suggests that nearly 1 in 3 girls show signs of disordered eating behaviors, and anxiety rates continue to rise during these critical adolescent years.

The Girlhood Project was created as a space for girls to pause, connect, learn, and grow.

Through movement, creativity, emotional wellness workshops, meaningful conversations, and supportive mentorship, girls will explore:

The Girlhood Project is a week-long wellness experience designed to nurture confidence, emotional wellbeing, creativity, movement, and meaningful connection. From yoga and wellness workshops to creative activities and confidence-building sessions, every day is designed to help girls feel seen, supported, and empowered.
