We can start together to heal your old trauma wounds 💔

Sometimes the hardest part of adulthood is realising that the things you call “just how I am” may have started as ways to feel safe.

Saying sorry when you have done nothing wrong.
Feeling guilty for needing help.
Keeping your feelings hidden so nobody can use them against you.
Watching everyone else’s mood before you relax.
Struggling to accept kindness.
Believing love has to be earned.

These patterns do not mean you are broken or difficult. They may have made sense when you were younger, especially if your needs were ignored, your feelings felt unsafe, or you had to keep the peace at home.

Noticing a pattern is not about blaming your parents or rewriting every memory. It is about giving yourself a little more understanding. You can learn that a disagreement is not always danger. That asking for support is allowed. That your needs matter too.

Small changes count. Even pausing before you apologise, or letting someone help without explaining yourself, can be a start.

Dear Professor George Vithoulkas,

On your 94th birthday, we celebrate not only the remarkable years of your life, but the immeasurable light you have brought into the lives of countless people around the world.

You have given far more than knowledge. You have shared wisdom, compassion, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to truth. Through your teachings, we have learned that true healing begins with understanding the human being as a whole, and that medicine without compassion is never complete.

To many of us, you are far more than a teacher. You are a mentor, a living example, and a spiritual father whose life continues to inspire us to become better physicians and better human beings.

Your generosity in sharing your life's work, your endless dedication to your students, and your unconditional love for humanity have created a legacy that will continue to guide generations to come.

Thank you for believing in us, encouraging us, and showing us what it truly means to serve others with humility and love.

May your days continue to be filled with peace, good health, joy, and the same radiant spirit that has illuminated so many lives.

With our deepest gratitude, admiration, and love,

A gyógyulás nemcsak a testben kezdődik🥰🌷

🙏amikor megtanul szeretettel jelen lenni,
🙏akkor valami elindul benne.

Suppression vs. Cure with Honeopathy

🌿 The Hidden Roots of Chronic Disease 🌿

Chronic diseases are not merely surface expressions—they are deep-seated internal disturbances, what Miasm describes as dynamic, systemic derangements of the vital force.

Suppressing external symptoms—especially skin eruptions—does not cure. It often drives the disease deeper, leading to more complex and dangerous manifestations.

🔬 True healing begins within.
Homoeopathy recognizes the skin as a “safety valve”—a natural outlet of internal imbalance. When treated internally, the organism restores balance from the root, not just the surface.

🌱 Psora, the fundamental chronic miasm, underlies the majority of chronic suffering—demanding individualized, internal, dynamic treatment.

👉 Do not silence the expression—understand the cause.
