I wonder when we will understand that an animal is a long-term commitment?
When will we realize that to them we are their whole world and that they love us more than they love themselves?
When will we figure out that they are not toys, the day will not always behave as we wish and that they will not breathe when we allow them?
When will we understand that they will be exactly as we show them because they're just like kids, they need to be taught . Yes, they learn even if they are not kids, with love and patience everything is possible, just look at our Moshi.
When will we stop being snobs and stop buying certain breeds of dogs just because they look good but without taking into consideration there needs and personalities.
These questions are just rhetorical... Many people never ask themselves any of these questions because they don't realize that they are the problem and not the animal...
This tiny dog was kept on a chain because he likes birds (he wanted goose steak today)... because no one understood that his hunting instincts are normal for a Terrier...
And although he was abandoned, he was sitting and waiting in the middle of the road.... He was probably waiting to return to what he considered home.
We thank the ladies from the association from the bottom of our hearts! They will make sure they find a home for him, one that every dog deserves. I didn't try to look for something here because he is a Jack Russell Terrier and people would want him only for that...
Maybe somehow and someday we will realize that they too have feelings.
