Really notice your reaction when you read the next sentence:
“Everything I am, is enough”

‘En-R-Gee’ in the diffuser has become my new - work at home - essential oil - routine. 🤩 Paired with a few drops of citrus and my motivation is on point! Work mode - ON. Smells so gooooooooood.

What is integrative medicine? //
Integrative medicine has a holistic focus when it comes to treating diseases, meaning it takes Into care the whole (whole ism) picture. When treating or preventing disease, the focus is in both the physical, mental and emotional well-being. In other words, it’s about going deep into the root cause and not only trying to fix the ”broken part”. Integrative medicine uses both the conventional (acute) medicine approach combined with the complementary medicine. But often, the integrative approach is neglected and looked down upon by our current conventional health care system and the focus is instead on symptom treatment rather than - whole part healing. These two principles should and would go hand in hand to complement each other to their best abilities.
•
Basic principles of integrative medicine are:
🌀The care takes into notice both the body, mind and spiritual health
🌀Health care is individualized to suit every person’s unique conditions and needs
🌀All possible factors that might influence health are adressed
🌀The patient is seen as the master of his body, not the victim
🌀All appropriate healing sciences are used to initiate the body’s natural healing ability
🌀Health and disease prevention is being taught to the patient
•
Finding ways that are less invasive and that gives the person the power over her health is a good way to complement the modern medicine. All parts work together, and as the saying goes
“the whole is greater than the sum of its parts”.

FOLLOW YOUR BLISS || how?✨//
If you allow yourself to close your eyes and sit in silence, you'll get a sense of the beautiful heart of yours.
In that heart lies a wisdom greater than you could ever imagine. That wisdom is yours and yours only. What does the feeling of your heart tell you? Yes or No? You can sense the difference between those two energies.
Everything is possible if you set your hearts intentions to it. What do you feel passionate about? Dare to dream BIG and do whatever it takes for you to get the ball rolling towards the direction of realizing your desires. Every step counts! And then - trust.

Everything will come to you at the right time. That's how you follow your bliss. 👉✨

Nowadays I always look forward to come home after a day, drop some of my favorite oils in the diffuser, put my pjs on and snuggle up on the couch with a cup of coffee. Yep. These things are the little things that for now, means everything to me. 💛 it’s really important to do things, that make you FEEEEEEL GOOD.

”Admit something:

Everyone you see, you say to them, “Love me.”
Of course you do not do this out loud, otherwise

Someone would call the cops.
Still, though, think about this, this great pull in us to connect.

Why not become the one who lives with a
Full moon in each eye that is always saying,

With that sweet moon language, what every other eye in this world

is dying to hear.”

|| essential oils for wellbeing //
💦
Aromatherapy is an ancient holistic healing therapy. Essential oils can be extracted from different plants and be used in many ways to treat and heal stress, anxiety, muscle-and joint pain, digestive issues and much more. If the essential oils are used in the right way, the healing effects can be hugely powerful.
💦
Essential oils are absorbed by the body through the skin and then enter the circulatory system. They can also be inhaled and transferred through the bloodstream via the lungs or by transmitting signals via the nervous system directly into the limbic system of our brain.
💦
You can use essential oils just to:
• Enjoy the wonderful smell
• To benefit their healing medicinal effects
• They can be used in hot compresses (then applied to the skin)
• As skin cream (add a drop to an unscented cream)
• In your bath (adding 4-6 drops)
• Simply inhaling (2-3 drops in hot water or on a tissue)
• Milk or some drops of vodka (!) can be used to easier mix the oils in the bath to avoid the oils to burn the skin
• Use as natural perfume on wrist or neck
• Soak a cotton ball and put in trash to remove bad smell
• As nail polish or stain remover (!) use lemon oil • Add a drop when doing laundry to make it smell amazeeee
• To whiten teeth without harming the enamel (a drop tangerine or lemon to your toothpaste)
• Mood booster, use uplifting oils such as peppermint • Soothe tummy ache, migraine, enhance energy levels, balance emotional wellness etc
❣️Cautions: be really mindful about taking essential oils orally. The recommendation is first hand to diffuse them or blend them with other oils onto skin. They’re REALLY powerful so when it comes to essential oils “less IS more”.
