Just imagine that kind of peace 😍

Maybe you think oh, but we always had everything we needed, food on the table, clothes on our bodies… but nobody ever showed you affection…. And maybe thinking about that makes you feel guilty and ungrateful thinking they did their best… and now as an adult you constantly feel like your feelings are too much and that nagging feeling that you just can’t really connect with other people makes you feel so empty and lonely inside…. THIS IS THE LOVE WOUND playing out in your adult life!

Because we don’t just have physical needs, we have emotional needs too, and they are just as important!

You needed someone to make you feel wanted and seen, loved and cherished, not just fed and clothed like you were some kind of an item!

The good news is this can be healed, and you don’t need the people who caused those wounds to participate because the wound is inside you! And healing them can even improve not just the relationship with those people, mostly caregivers, but all of your relationships, because healing these will change how you feel about yourself and therefore how you show up in your adult life!

It’s not magic or weird hocus pokus, it’s phycology!

Let me know if you want this 😍

Are you the one putting yourself out there? Taking risks and following your visions, dreams and desires?

Or are you the one listening to your fear voice that goes something like: I can’t do that, what will everyone think of me if I do?

Or I’m too old, too young, too tired, too this or that, I don’t know enough, I don’t have the time, the energy, the money…

And then you quietly wither away, becoming more and more bitter, and judging everyone who is trying something else, doing something differently?

Everyone who tries something new will sometimes feel embarrassed, unsure, unsafe even…. But without that where is the life?

And it’s just never too late🙏🏻❤️

We all have dreams stuck inside us, dreams we might not even dare to speak out loud. And we shouldn’t! At least not to just anyone! Because there really are dream killers! The realists! They can eat up a dream in three seconds 😂.
But you should tell a coach or a healer, because we can help!
