This tiger finally got adopted from my book of flash designs! It’s the start of a patchwork sleeve and I’m excited to continue adding pieces, up next is a skull/flower combination on the lower arm which I think will look really cool! Thank you Kevin for trusting me with a big piece of your body! 💕

My new friend Anders Bengt took these beautiful pictures MINICON TATTOO CONVENTION ❤️ I had a wonderful weekend at the convention, I got to focus on flash tattoos, which lets me be a nerd about my craft and technique! I usually only take my ceramics and merch with me to conventions, so taking part in a new way was a lot of fun! Competing and getting feedback gave me a lot of motivation, and I’m more in love with my job now than ever!!! I won best small (because I’m tiny), best folklore and best artwork, meaning I get a free booth next year too 😍 I will show you the tattoos I made and a few clips in another post soon! Thank you so much ɾαɕƘαɾε εʆεƘϯɾίနƘ ϯαϯմεɾίηհ for creating my favorite convention ever and to , Sandra Johansson & Myntsmycket for traveling with me and helping out ❤️ I’m the luckiest girl on the planet!

We are doing a sleeve of vintage toys from my flash! I couldn’t be more excited for this project, it’s so odd and I love it 😎 the bunny doll is mostly healed with a couple touch ups, the rest is fresh 😇 thank you Aiden, stay weird!! ☀️

This is my first tattoo made with a tattoo pen instead of a machine! It’s a piece of flash adopted by my amazing colleague Jenna. With the risk of making myself sound old, I’ve been tattooing for half my life and started with coil machines then made the switch to rotary which I’ve used and loved for the past 10 years. 🫶🏻 Now I have a convention coming up where I’ll be tattooing loads and tattoo pens are a lot easier to travel with so I wanted to see if it was for me. (They are completely different compared to coil and rotary machines) Swipe to read more! ☀️

I asked Jenna if I could tattoo her to practice with this new type of machine as she uses them and could guide me through all the unknowns. She was a great teacher in how to set up and which voltages to try! 🥰

I was scared I’d suddenly be s**t at tattooing and felt like I had zero knowledge of the trade 😂 Right before I did my first line I had to remind myself I’m not being hunted by a lion! 💀

Lining the tattoo was what I was most scared of but I think it turned out great! Clean lines is something that is extremely important to me in my work and I’m very happy with these! ❤️

You end up in all sorts of positions at a tattoo studio 😂 I’m very happy with how the tattoo turned out and with the machine so it will be traveling with me to MINICON TATTOO CONVENTION where I will be competing and hopefully winning a couple prizes 😌🫶🏻

Made these palms the other day on my darling she sat so well!!!! I hate that there’s stencil left on the peony but I hope you can imagine how the flower looks without it 😎 I love palms and would love to tattoo more of them so be sure to reach out! Thanks again Gila, you’re the best!! 🫶🏻

🌱♀🌵♀🌿♀ wanted to thicken the spiderweb lines today and I managed to take a couple pics of her neck tattoos. You can see how her freckles healed as well. Face, throat and freckles by yours truly and HEALED! 😈🫶🏻

Can you believe that the first tattoo I did back at work after my holiday was not only a hand tattoo (my favorite) but a pre-drawn flash design as well!? (Another favorite of mine) I feel so lucky!!! I am entering my 29th lap around the sun today! ☀️Here are some recent moments from my personal life. I’ve been hanging out with animals and friends, lake-swimming, going on adventures, studio visits, playing with my daughter, picking blueberries, getting lots of hugs and enjoying some occasional crafting with clay! 🦋 I am currently on full-time sick leave trying to find balance as I enter a new era in life as a single mum with a business and chronic illness. 🙏🏻 I am hoping to be back and able to work part time in August. I can’t wait to finally tattoo again! Thank you for being patient with me as I navigate this new future! Here’s to a (hopefully) great last year as a 20-something: ☀️🦋❤️🥳🤞🏻
