A lot of love put into this one. This painting showed me a lot of stuff, I think it’s going to lead me forward in a different way.

I call it Lucifer’s Fall

A battle took place on this canvas and now shows the aftermath of said battle

Careful, it bites back.

It wouldn’t be instagram if I didn’t stand in front of my creation.

Lil I made. Wanted something I could gift to people, something that would make them feel good. Maybe live on their coffetable, wallet or used as a bookmark. (And it has the added benefit of plugin my social so that we may connect) rarely do we think of giving value when marketing ourselves, this is doing things differently. I'd love to do this type of work for other businesses. For any inquiries send to my DMs on instagram.

Mindset does a lot, this is something that took me a while to realise and still am finding myself struggling to balance on that line as life throws its things at me.

I set out wanting to accomplish a few things with this painting. First of all a composition with interacting subject matter and a story. Secondly and what interested me the most was to control my chroma and hue. To not take any shortcuts I decided to not do any blending and leave the strokes as is. I also opted for high chroma to make it even more apparent.

This was a big mouthful to say the least. As a bonus I had to explore expressions for the first time and the subtle differences in skintones.

There are revisions id like to do but Im deciding to let this one go as I feel like it has served its purpose for now and may revisit it in the future if Im ever compelled to finish it. I hope it gives some pleasure to look at it at least 😌

Riktig historisk studio. Kom supporta.

LIFE UPDATE

Starting to find my footing in Australia.

Starting over again isn't easy, but we never go for easy. First four months were spent painting, doing odd jobs for a little cash, and just sorta landing after a tumultuous 5 years and a new continent.

I've started working in an animal boarding facility and I love it. And soon ill be off to do farm work to extend my visa here in Australia. Life's good. Got some exciting projects that I cant share just yet but teased in this post.
