As September comes to a close… 🌹✨

This month, I have been holding space for the Divine Mother while also honouring my grandmother — my first guide and one of the people who shaped the foundation of my journey into holistic health and education.

Her influence is one of the reasons I continue to stand strong in what I do today: creating spaces for connection, healing, and support within my collective.

As I close this chapter and move through the 9/9 portal, I feel ready to step into a new theme.

✨ October will be about Mental Health. ✨

A month to bring more awareness, connection, conversation, and support around something that touches every one of us.

As I move forward, I will also be using my platform to shine a light on some amazing experts and the work they are doing, creating opportunities for their wisdom and support to reach the people who need it.
