SCORPIO SEASON 🩂Power · Desire · Shadow · Transformation

What draws you in? What do you hold close? And what feels difficult to let anyone see?

Scorpio season invites us into the more intimate layers of being human. Our desires, our relationship with power, the parts of ourselves we reveal and those we protect. The places where we long for closeness, yet find it difficult to loosen our grip.

Through Scorpio’s symbolism, we can explore what moves beneath the surface of our choices and relationships. What we want. What we fear might happen if we let ourselves want it. And what becomes possible when we meet more of ourselves with honesty and curiosity.

Not all prisons have walls.

Some are built from expectations.
Some from identities we’ve outgrown.
Some from stories we’ve told ourselves for so long, we’ve forgotten they were once just stories.

And sometimes, the first step towards something different isn’t breaking free.

It’s becoming aware of what has been holding us.

This is at the heart of my work — whether we’re exploring through breathwork, energy work, coaching, retreats or the weekly practices inside The Field.

Creating space to see ourselves a little differently. To feel differently, too. To question what we’ve come to believe. And to discover that there may be more possibilities than we thought.

Because sometimes, a new perspective changes everything.

Vad hÀnder med det som inte passar in i bilden vi har av oss sjÀlva?

För mig handlar shadow work om att bjuda in det mörka pÄ ett tryggt sÀtt. Det vi ibland inte vill kÀnnas vid. Det som inte passar in i den vi tror att vi Àr. Det som har format oss utan att vi ens varit medvetna om det.

Och ibland kan till och med bilden av oss sjĂ€lva som medvetna, reglerade och “utvecklade” göra den lĂ„dan lite för trĂ„ng.

Kanske finns det inte en sÀmre version av dig dÀr bakom. Kanske finns det bara mer av dig

🇬🇧What happens to the parts of us that don’t fit the image we have of ourselves?

For me, shadow work is about inviting the darkness in, in a safe way. The things we sometimes don’t want to acknowledge. The things that don’t fit with who we think we are. The things that have shaped us without us even being aware of it.

And sometimes, even the image of ourselves as self-aware, regulated and “evolved” can make that box a little too small.

Maybe there isn’t a worse version of you hiding underneath. Maybe there’s simply more of you.

We talk about finding balance as though it’s a place we can finally arrive at. And then keep it.

Get everything right.
Work enough, rest enough.
Give enough, receive enough.
Hold on to what matters, let go of what doesn’t.

Thing is- life moves.
We move.

Some days we have more to give.
Some days we need to receive.
Some days we feel clear, open, alive.
Others, we’re tired. Tender. A little further away from ourselves.

Balance isn’t about staying perfectly centered.
It’s more about learning the way back.

Back to the body.
Back to the breath.
Back to what feels true.

There’s something beautiful in that, too.

We don’t have to feel good to be deeply alive.
We don’t have to fix everything we’re carrying before we can notice what is still good.

Try changing the question.

Not: How do I get my life back into balance?
But:
What brings me back to myself?

After a while, you stop asking:
“Will people like me?”
And start asking something much quieter:
“Which version of me do people like the most?”

And that question actually comes with change.

Because from there, it becomes easy to slowly start to negotiate yourself away.

Until one day, you realise you’ve become very good
at staying connected to others - while losing connection to yourself.

The question is what we do with what we feel. And how we can feel deeply without leaving ourselves in everything we feel.
