Preservé Breast Enhancement — soft, natural, balanced.

At 30, this patient wished for a breast enhancement with a natural-looking result.

Using the Preservé technique with E2SD-285 implants, the goal was to create beautiful volume and contour while maintaining soft, natural movement.

At six months, the result shows a refined enhancement with lateral stability — the implants remain centred around the nipple–areola complex, while still moving naturally with the breast rather than appearing stiff or overly fixed against the chest wall.

Before & 6 Months After | Abdominoplasty

A slimmer body does not always mean a strong abdominal wall.

This patient was very skinny but had a 4 cm re**us diastasis—a separation of the abdominal muscles that can persist after pregnancy, significant weight changes, or other stretching of the abdominal wall.

During the abdominoplasty, we repaired the diastasis and removed the excess abdominal skin. The goal was not weight loss, but restoring abdominal wall anatomy and improving the abdominal contour.

Why can abdominoplasty be medically indicated in skinny patients?

Abdominoplasty is not only a cosmetic procedure. In selected patients, it may be indicated to address:

• Re**us diastasis: Separation of the abdominal muscles that may contribute to abdominal wall weakness or a persistent bulge.
• Excess or lax abdominal skin: Skin that may cause discomfort, irritation, or functional difficulties.
• Abdominal wall changes after pregnancy or weight loss: Even patients with a low BMI may have significant changes in the abdominal wall.
• Functional concerns: In selected cases, repair of the abdominal wall may help address symptoms related to abdominal wall laxity.

The important distinction: A tummy tuck is not performed simply because someone is skinny or wants a flatter stomach. The indication depends on the patient’s anatomy, symptoms, and individual goals.

At 6 months, the result shows a more defined abdominal contour and the effect of the abdominal wall repair.

Individual results vary. Abdominoplasty is a surgical procedure, and the appropriate treatment depends on a personal medical assessment.

What an incredible journey across Australia and New Zealand. 🇦🇺🇳🇿

I feel incredibly privileged and grateful to have trained 27 talented surgeons in the Preservé technique.

To every surgeon who joined my courses — thank you for your time, curiosity, openness and thoughtful exchange. Teaching is always a two-way process, and I have learned so much from each of you. It was a true pleasure to meet you, work alongside you and share our passion for advancing breast surgery.

A very special thank you to Live Healthcare and the entire team around Casey Mayes and Kristen Fornasari for the incredible care, warmth and attention to detail throughout the tour. You made every step seamless and genuinely enjoyable. ❤️

✨ A beautiful transformation, and an even more beautiful story. ✨

This lovely mother of two came to me after previous abdominal hernia surgery had left her with a vertical scar, loss of her umbilicus, and significant changes to her body following pregnancy.

Her customized Mommy Makeover included:

Never stop learning.

Grateful to be in Barcelona attending the ISAPS Body Contouring Course, surrounded by some of the brightest minds and most talented surgeons in the world. There is always something new to learn, and the best way to grow is to keep challenging yourself and learning from the very best.

It’s also been wonderful to reconnect with friends and colleagues from around the globe, sharing knowledge, experiences, and a common passion for advancing our field.

✨ Breast Implant Removal – Simple Explant (No Lift, No Replacement) ✨

One of the most common questions I get is: “What will my breasts look like after implant removal without a lift?”

This lovely patient chose a simple implant removal only, with no lift and no replacement. She wanted to return to her natural shape and avoid any additional scarring or reshaping procedures.

At 6 months post-op, the tissues have fully settled, and we can now see her natural breast shape after explantation. Every result is unique and depends on factors like skin elasticity, implant size, and how long the implants were in place.
