‼️SCAM ALERT‼️

Be wary if you receive an e-mail that appears to be from the SingaporeMOH informing you about mandatory digital health verification.

MOH has said it does not own the ‘Digital Health Verification Portal’ and that any communications and request for verification of details would be made through MOH’s official channels.

The Ministry of Health (MOH) is aware of emails impersonating MOH. The emails would inform that a mandatory ‘Digital Health Verification’ has been rolled out, and request the person to complete a verification of their details via a link, otherwise the victim’s access to healthcare services and healthcare benefits would be suspended. MOH does not own the ‘Digital Health Verification Portal’, and any communications and request for verification of details would be made through MOH’s official channels. We encourage people who have received such alerts to delete the email and/or make a police report.

If in doubt, you may verify the authenticity of relevant emails by calling MOH hotline at 6325 9220.

✨💖 Our Values; Our Purpose; Our Culture 💖✨

We are proud of our Values, Purpose and Culture here in ALPS and we do not take them for granted.

Every day, our colleagues live up to our core Values - I²SET: Integrity, Innovation, Synergy, Empathy, and Trust & Respect. These Values guide our everyday work in serving Singapore's public healthcare ecosystem, our collaborations with partners and our daily interactions with our teams. Our colleagues shared their accounts to how each value meant to them in their work (under the “Promoting ALPS Values” series in April) and this is what we love to see for every colleague here in ALPS - to have a deep connection to the meaning of what we do.

Anchoring on our Values, we have also looked ahead to fulfil our Mission and Vision. These are crystallised into our Purpose - Healthcare in Mind, Patients at Heart. Our Purpose is the guiding North Star and it shows us why we do what we do. At a personal level, our colleagues also shared how their work has given them a sense of pride and purpose (under the “Making a Difference with Pride and Purpose” series in July). We are tremendously encouraged to see our colleagues sharing these, as we work together ultimately to bring impact to the lives of patients no matter our role.

Fundamentally, our Values give us meaning, our Purpose sets us on a direction and our Culture brings it to life every day.

Over in ALPS, we do not take for granted our Culture - Inclusive and Respected; Trusted and Valued. To sustain it for current and future colleagues joining us, we believe in constant practice. Over the past weeks, we shared our ALPS “3 CLiCk” and our “10 Safe Meeting Practices” of such practices in fun ways.

ALPS “3 CLiCk” is a constant practice for us to (1) Communicate Right, (2) Live Up to Promises, and (3) Check & Make It Right. Together with our “10 Safe Meeting Practices”, we believe our Culture will continue to be inclusive and supportive where everyone can thrive and be the best version of ourselves. To bring these practices across all departments and worksites, ALPS has also constantly engaged our leaders in “Leading the ALPS Way” workshops. These workshops allow our leaders to share practical ideas and challenges, allowing our practices to remain genuine and relatable.

Together, everyone in ALPS is anchored on our Values; guided by our Purpose; exemplified by our Culture. These are what we stand for and all of us at ALPS are always proud of them!

🌕 Mid-Autumn Festive Cheer 🌕

As part of ALPS' ongoing staff engagement efforts, we hosted a Tang Yuan 'Live' Station at Corporate HQ on 24 September that brought colleagues together to enjoy freshly prepared 'glutinous rice balls' and celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival.

The session offered ALPS staff a welcome opportunity to take a short break from the workday, connect with colleagues across teams and departments while enjoying the traditional treat. The shared experience added a meaningful touch of Mid-Autumn cheer to the workplace.

A heartfelt thank you to ALPS HR Department for organising this enjoyable staff engagement session. We are grateful for opportunities like this to wind down and recharge, and to strengthen the sense of community within the organisation.
