📣 We’re hiring: Operations Manager | Bangkok

HealthDeliver is looking for a proactive, organised Operations Manager who enjoys getting things done and taking ownership.

This is a hands on role. Supported by one Administration Officer, you will personally manage daily operational tasks and work closely with our leadership team to keep our clinics running smoothly, efficiently and cost effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Stock purchasing, inventory control and stocktakes
✅ Administration, banking and month end preparation
✅ Doctor schedules and clinic coordination
✅ Supplier coordination and cost control
✅ Supervising and supporting one Administration Officer

We’re looking for someone with relevant operations experience, strong Thai and English communication, good Excel skills and excellent attention to detail. Healthcare experience is an advantage.

📅 Five days per week, alternating between Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday.
