Just wrapped up an incredible longevity medicine conference last weekend—truly one of the most inspiring gatherings I’ve attended.
It was a privilege to connect with clinicians, researchers, biotech founders, and innovators all united by a shared mission: extending healthspan and redefining ageing.
Some standout moments:
- Hearing . Brian Kennedy (NUS) unpack the science behind the biological ageing clock and how we can measure—and potentially slow—ageing at the molecular level.
- Listening to Aubrey de Grey share his vision for the future of longevity medicine and damage-repair strategies.
- Engaging with researchers presenting cutting-edge work on autophagy and stem cell therapies for regeneration.
I also had the opportunity to visit gut health and stem cell companies in Shanghai, along with a dedicated longevity center, seeing firsthand how science is translating into real-world solutions.
Grateful for the chance to meet so many brilliant minds advancing this field. The future of longevity medicine is not just coming—it’s already being built.
