Feeling tired doesn’t automatically mean your body needs more vitamins—or a vitamin drip.
Fatigue can be connected to poor-quality sleep, ongoing stress, nutrition, iron deficiency, thyroid function, specific hormonal changes, medication or another health condition.
Sometimes improving your routine is enough. At other times, a clinical assessment and carefully selected blood tests may be appropriate.
The important part is not to guess.
At SESH, we believe care should begin with understanding what you actually need—not automatically recommending the same solution to everyone.
Save this checklist and share it with someone who is always saying, “I’m tired.”
If fatigue has continued for several weeks or is affecting your daily life, consider speaking with a qualified healthcare professional.
Seek urgent medical attention for chest pain, fainting, severe difficulty breathing, sudden confusion or sudden severe weakness.
