It’s been so hard being without such incredible company the past couple months. To be in my purpose serving others, watching such beautiful people surrender and shine! I long to sit with my tribe again.

To all my believers, indigos, healers, practitioners, lovers, dreamers and empaths... don’t stray. Continue practicing even if only on your selves. Stay open to new messages signs and dreams. Now is the time to hold strong in the spirit 🙏✨❤️.

Day 1 of a 14 day micro-dosing experiment. Its hard to not want to do a big session right now and who knows a few more days into this I might 😆. I’ve had some really big sessions this year with my training so Im resisting the urge for a bit but the medicine has really been calling me.

I’ve been reading a few things going around about this process(micro-dosing Kambo) so I figured I’d experience it for myself so I can give my clients my true thoughts and opinions on the matter.

I will say from today I was really happy to just be with the frog. Really focused on where it was roaming, the scanning seemed really magical as I’ve been really in my head the past few days. It seemed like it really felt that and wanted to give me some clarity. I felt it scan my whole body, then it sat in my head for the remainder of the time. 🐸❤️
