This is the part of the journey that a lot of people don’t get to see.

Before any of our clients head into surgery, there’s a full day of testing and checks at the hospital to make sure they’re ready to go.

And this is one of the reasons I love showing you the real journey — not just the before-and-after photos.

For many of our clients, travelling all the way to Istanbul for surgery can feel like a massive step. My job is to make sure that once you get here, you’re not trying to figure it all out on your own.

Busy week. No workout posts.

But the workouts still happened. 💪

One thing I’ve learned since weight-loss surgery: you don’t need to be perfect to be consistent.

I’m grateful every day that I can move my body, challenge myself and keep becoming stronger.
