كانت الحالة تعاني من عدة مشاكل في الأسنان، منها عدم انتظام وتناسق الأسنان من حيث الشكل والوضعية، إضافة إلى وجود بعض التسوسات وتيجان قديمة على عدد من الأسنان الأمامية، مما أثر على المظهر العام للابتسامة.
بعد إجراء الفحص والتقييم، تم وضع خطة علاجية شاملة لمعالجة المشاكل الموجودة وتحسين الشكل والوظيفة.
تضمنت الخطة خلع سن واحد، وزراعة سنين لتعويض الأسنان المفقودة، بالإضافة إلى علاج وتجهيز الأسنان المتبقية وتركيب تيجان من الزيركون.
كما تم العمل على إعادة تصميم شكل الأسنان وأبعادها بما يتناسب مع ملامح الوجه ويحقق تناسقاً أفضل للابتسامة.
تم اختيار درجة OM2 للترميمات النهائية، بهدف الوصول إلى لون طبيعي ومشرق ومتناسق مع شكل الابتسامة.
الهدف من العلاج لم يكن فقط تحسين الشكل، وإنما تحقيق توازن بين صحة الأسنان، الوظيفة، الإطباق والمظهر الجمالي الطبيعي
The patient presented with several dental concerns, including irregularity and lack of harmony in the position and shape of the teeth, as well as some areas of dental decay and existing crowns on several anterior teeth. These factors affected the overall appearance and harmony of the smile.
Following a comprehensive clinical examination and assessment, a treatment plan was established to address the existing dental concerns while improving both function and aesthetics.
The treatment plan included the extraction of one tooth and the placement of two dental implants to replace the missing teeth, along with the necessary treatment and preparation of the remaining teeth, followed by the placement of zirconia crowns.
