Sunday s*x may be a very good way to close the weekend: connection, relaxation, potentially better sleep, and a more positive emotional state going into Monday.

Remember, s*x is for people who are married.

Have a healthy week ahead!!

Let this sink in, the word soda actually refers to a chemical compound.

Soda bicarbonate? Rings a bell.

Why do they call the drink “soda”?

Many things you buy like soda, sausages, biscuits, sweets are not food but food like substances full of chemicals.

What are you eating?😳

One of the best ways to reduce leg swelling is to move more.

Sit less. Walk more. Be active.

Your calf muscles act like a “second heart” for your legs. Every time you walk, they pump blood from your legs back to your heart.

Many people develop mild leg or ankle swelling simply because they sit too much.

Remember not all leg swelling is caused by inactivity. Heart, kidney or venous insufficiency can also cause swelling.

So, if the swelling is persistent, severe, sudden, painful, affects only one leg, or is accompanied by redness, warmth, shortness of breath or chest pain, it should be checked by a doctor.

But for otherwise the best places to start is simple: sit less and move more.
